Your hosts

Tor Åge Larsen Vorren, workshop host.

He mainly works with service design and business development in KUPA, focusing on insights, user needs, and the interaction between people, services, and systems. He has a long career as a developer of visual identities, strategies, and campaigns. Tor Åge is based in Tromsø, serves on the board of Grafill Tromsø and the advisory board of NODA, and works as a senior advisor at Kupa AS.

Audun Formo Hay, workshop host.

Audun is psychology specialist and works as a senior researcher at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO), and as a community psychologist in Bærum Municipalities. He studies how people can be involved in designing the systems that influences their lives, and co-leads the Re:Structure project as well as the research group on Public Designing at AHO.

Sylvi Barman-Jenssen
is an advisor and facilitator working at the intersection of education, organizational development, and design-driven innovation. With a background in teaching and special education, she has extensive experience developing learning processes that support collaboration and long-term change. She has worked on national and regional initiatives to strengthen innovation capacity, including integrating design methods into service and organizational development. Her work focuses on learning as a shared process that builds common language and direction in multidisciplinary teams.
